Nina Woskob is the second-generation owner of Designer’s Studio. Passed down from Nina’s mother-in-law, Helen Woskob, Nina expanded Designer’s studio from a small boutique furniture store to a 10,000 sq ft + furniture showroom offering unique and functional pieces for today’s modern homes. Working with her husband George as he constructed student housing, Nina became involved in the design aspect of construction and the finishing details of the apartments. Her sense of design stems from her student life working in film production, attending furniture shows for over 30 years with her very creative mother-in-law and from her own mom who encouraged Nina to help her choose paint colors and fabrics for the beautifully decorated home where Nina grew up.

Liz Horner-Spalsbury has been sketching floor plans and adjusting furniture around the house for as long as she can remember. She now leads the design team at Designer's Studio and loves to draw floor plans and create renders to enable our clients to quickly visualize their space, refreshed. With a listening ear and creative eye, she collaborates with clients through the design and decorating process from inquiry to final installation. A versatile part of Designer’s Studio for nearly 5 years, she has also led a website refresh with ecommerce launch and created many in-store displays along the way. A Visual Studies graduate from the University of Pennsylvania and longtime volleyball athlete, Liz still hits the gym regularly and has interest in design as a part of the recovery process for those with Traumatic Brain Injury. When not in the store she savors living poolside in the sunshine, reading a good book (preferably with a raspberry chai latte in hand), and is always up to explore a garden.
