On Thursday, May 13th, Designer’s Studio hosted a fabulous “Return to Summer Happy Hour”. Creativity and collaboration filled the atmosphere for all attendees.

Grazing Board Demonstrations

Special guest, Amanda Cruz, #gourmetgirlpersonalchef was in the studio and demonstrated her artistic talent building grazing boards based on a variety of tasteful themes: Brunch Boards, Traditional & Sweet Endings. The live and interactive demos introduced her talent and personal chef services to many. She inspired onlookers to shop local for flavorful bites. She selected quality food products from various local bakeries, deli counters, and farms. The various business cards from each location represented were also available. If you are curious…yes, each taster sample was absolutely delicious! Unique displays of serving pieces available for purchase graced the tabletops as guests navigated through the showroom and explored other features of the day.

Outdoor Living

Summer Classics furniture representative, Rick Leslie, was present to showcase beautiful outdoor living furniture pieces. Presentations of samples and one-on-one conversations regarding products offered from the line took place throughout the event.

Unique Tastes

The wine club for Pet Nat lovers, TBDWines, featured sample tastings of their refreshingly bubbly beverages. Perfect for enthusiasts serious and casual, small batch wines are crafted for flavor and naturally deliver a low alcohol content.

Book Signing

Local teen author, Madeline Krentzman, was also at the event with her cookbook Bake with Love. Her collection of baking recipes paired with personal stories from family and friends was received enthusiastically. Guests were invited to taste selected recipes baked by Madeline and her family at the event! Proceeds from Bake with Love support Centre County YMCA’s anti-hunger programs for students and more information can be found at www.bakewithlove.org.

We wish a warm thank you to each of our special guests and all of whom attended this beautiful event!
